Onshore Africa is an Africa-focused initiative of Onshore Technology Services, Inc. You contract with that entity. How each engagement is staffed, and where the work is performed, is agreed at scoping against your requirements.

There is no incorporated African entity, no permanent African office and no African workforce under contract yet — the talent pathway is a plan, and this is where it stands today.

  In rural American communities the technology industry had written off, Onshore built delivery teams from people who had never worked in technology — and those teams went on to serve Boeing, Mastercard, Centene, Ameren, Seaboard Marine, McWane, AARP and Presagis. In 2012 the White House invited him to take part in the administration’s insourcing initiative, reported at the time by the St. Louis Business Journal. He has spoken at the HOPE Global Forums.

  The purpose was never only the work: to help people see beyond their current situation toward a better way of life, and to give them the hope and dignity that comes from having an honourable profession. Twenty years on, Onshore has positively impacted over 5,000 Americans.

  Over eighteen years leading IT operations, managed services and solutions delivery for enterprise and government clients in the U.S. technology services market. Onshore Africa is where he brings it home.

  He leads the initiative end to end: shaping client engagements and delivery models, and building the teams, partnerships and operating structures behind them. The aim is direct — put delivery discipline built at enterprise scale behind solutions that fit how African organisations actually work, and build local capability in the process.

  He works in French and in English, with clients, partners and delivery teams, so that commitments made in-market are practical and answerable.

  Twenty years in enterprise architecture and cybersecurity, and formerly a Cybersecurity Architect at Microsoft, where he contributed to the development of Microsoft’s certification programmes and received the Technology Solutions Excellence Diamond Award. He has designed solutions for Fortune 500 companies and government agencies.
