The version of this that is about your sector — written in your register, not translated into it.

Financial services

Banks, insurers and payment institutions. Connection to the UEMOA Interoperable Instant Payment Platform (PI-SPI) is required by 30 September 2026 for banks and electronic-money and payment institutions; microfinance institutions supervised by the UMOA Banking Commission have until 30 June 2027. The BCEAO set both dates by communiqué of 25 June 2026. The obligation binds every institution across the eight WAEMU states at once, and two situations follow from it — those that connected and now have to run it, and those that did not.

Manufacturing and distribution

Plants, agri-processing and distribution networks. The production systems and the office systems were never joined up, stock is counted depot by depot, and the reporting that links them is assembled by hand every month.

Where we fitSeveral plants or depots, and reporting that has to reconcile them to a fixed date

Restaurants — hospitality and multi-site groups

Groups running several sites, where the ordering channel, the kitchen and the back office are three systems nobody designed together. The gap shows first at peak service, and again when the month has to be consolidated across every site.

Public sector — short entry only

Public procurement has its own eligibility regime, and it is answered in full on its own page, in French. The public-sector page →

Development programs — short entry only

What a program officer is buying is the contracting posture rather than a service, so it is answered on the delivery model page. Delivery model →

Also delivered, and named rather than implied

Three more sectors carry named engagements without a section of their own on this site, because they are not where this market’s demand sits: aerospace — Boeing and Presagis; commercial real estate — Jones Lang LaSalle; and construction — PulteGroup. They are listed here so that a buyer in one of them can see the work exists rather than assume it does not. All four are the Onshore parent-company record.
