Terms of use

These terms of use are effective on 8 September 2026.

They govern your use of this website. They are not a contract for services — an engagement is governed by its own written agreement.

  1. 1. Who operates this site. This site is published by Onshore Technology Services, Inc., a U.S. company. Onshore Africa is an Africa-focused initiative of that company and is not a separate legal entity.
  2. 2. What this site is. The site describes services and publishes reference material. Descriptions of services, engagements and capabilities are general information — not an offer, a quotation or a commitment. Reading this site, or writing to the addresses published on it, does not create a client relationship.
  3. 3. Your use of the site. You may read, print and share these pages for your own business purposes. You may not use it in a way that interferes with the site or with other visitors. You may not attempt to reach systems or data you have not been given access to, or extract its contents at scale by automated means.
  4. 4. Material we did not publish. Where this site links to another organization’s website, we do not control that site and are not responsible for its contents.
  5. 5. Intellectual property. The text, layout, graphics and marks on this site belong to Onshore Technology Services, Inc. or to the parties who licensed them to us. Third-party names and marks — including those of our clients, platform partners and certifying bodies — belong to their owners and appear here as statements of fact, not as claims of ownership.
  6. 6. Copyright. If you believe material on this site infringes your copyright, write to Info@onshoreafrica.com with enough detail to identify the work and the material, and we will act on it.
  7. 7. No warranty. The site is provided as it is. We work to keep it accurate and current, and we do not warrant that every statement is free of error or that the site will be available without interruption.
  8. 8. Limitation of liability. To the extent the law allows, Onshore Technology Services, Inc. is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this site, or from reliance on information published here rather than on the terms of a signed agreement.
  9. 9. Changes. We may change these terms. The version on this page is the one in force, as of the effective date above.
  10. 10. Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri, U.S.A. Any dispute arising from them is subject to the state and federal courts located in Macon County, Missouri, United States.
