Accessible by design — and one address if anything here gets in your way.
This site targets level AA of the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines, version 2.2 — the current standard, and a superset of the version 2.1 that the francophone RGAA framework maps to. Every page works from the keyboard alone, with a visible focus indicator on each control. Content reflows to a single column on a narrow screen without sideways scrolling, and wide tables scroll inside their own frame. The language of each page is declared so that a screen reader pronounces it correctly, and motion follows your system setting when you have asked for less of it.
Last checked on 12 September 2026, across every page in both languages: page structure, heading order, landmarks, image alternatives, keyboard order and colour contrast. Every text and background pairing on the site meets the AA ratio, measured rather than assumed. What we have not yet done is a test with a screen reader in the hands of someone who uses one daily, and until we have, this statement says so. If you use assistive technology and something here does not work, the address below reaches a person.
