LightHouse Foundry
How software gets built here. One platform across the whole lifecycle where most organizations run a dozen disconnected tools — and a record of every decision taken along the way.
Four stages
Eleven specialised agents work across them, and each stage hands the next one its decisions rather than its documents.
- Envision — validation and product definition. What is worth building, the case for it, and what was considered instead.
- Build — development and testing, working from your requirements, your architecture and the decisions already taken rather than from a brief written once.
- Commercialize — launch readiness: the operational and go-to-market work that otherwise waits for a separate team.
- Evolve — what happens after launch. Support, licensing, and the changes that follow from what production teaches you.
What runs while the code is being written
Testing, static and dynamic analysis, and a software bill of materials are produced inline rather than assembled for an audit afterwards. For a regulated buyer that is the difference between evidence and a reconstruction: the artefacts exist because the work produced them, not because someone was asked for them later.
Two products, one memory
LightHouse is two products on one foundation. Foundry is this one, and it is how software gets built. LightHouse Enterprise Intelligence is the other, and it models how an organization already runs. The Context Graph, and it is the argument. Both platforms run on one memory. Every decision is captured with who took it, why, what was considered instead and what happened as a result.
You are not buying the platform
You buy an engagement with a named team, a scope fixed in writing and acceptance criteria you declare. The platform is how that engagement is delivered, and its effect on you is narrow and specific: the source code is in your repositories from the first commit, the test suites stay with you, and the decision record — dated, attributed, with the options set aside — is yours rather than ours. Nothing here requires you to adopt anything.
